Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics provider in Fort Worth. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment within a state-of-the-art fulfillment center.
Shift patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Pay rates
- 17.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Picker/Packer
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast paced job environment
Desirable requirements for Picker/Packer
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, ability to pivot job duties as needed
Role for Picker/Packer
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using RF scanners
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications
- Scan and double-check product barcodes and quantities to maintain order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station
