At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Manager to work with a leading company in the logistics and staffing sector in Jacksonville. This role is responsible for the strategic growth and operational maturity of a dedicated client account, overseeing supervisors and the temporary workforce to ensure 100% fulfillment and client satisfaction.


Shift patterns

• Tuesday - Saturday, with occasional Monday/Sunday availability.


• Typical hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Pay rates

• 52500.00 USD yearly

Must-have requirements for On-Site Manager

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within staffing, logistics, or operations.


• Proven experience managing and leading large temporary workforces in an operational setting.


• Strong background in logistics, warehousing, or a related operational environment.


• Eligibility to work in the United States.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Desirable requirements for On-Site Manager

• Generate and present comprehensive client reports detailing workforce performance, operational metrics, and value-added services.


• Manage and oversee payroll processing for temporary staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


• Proficiently utilize workforce management software and data analytics tools to track key performance indicators.


• Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain principles.


• Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders at all levels.
