At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Edgerton. You will be working for the client in Edgerton.

  Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

Pay rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Forklift operator:

• Commute may not be longer than 40 minutes
• Have you previously worked here? If so what agency did you work for and around how long ago?
• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required
• Reach truck experience preferred
• Experience with Raymond equipment is a plus
• Must pass internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment (not a traditional distribution center)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and physically active setting
• Ability to work on the line when needed

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment
• Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations
• Strong attendance and reliability in high-demand environments
• Experience working with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or food safety standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Role for Forklift operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move materials within a manufacturing environment
• Support production line operations by ensuring timely delivery of components and removal of finished goods
• Maintain high safety standards and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
• Perform physical tasks and assist with manual labor on the production line as required
• Execute warehouse tasks with precision in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
