Requirements

• Talent Acquisition: Develop sourcing strategies, post jobs, and conduct interviews to meet client headcount requirements.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Conduct orientations, safety training, background checks, and drug screens.
• On-site Management: Act as the primary contact for temporary workers to improve morale and manage turnover.
• Client Relations: Work closely with hiring managers to forecast needs and address staffing challenges.
• Administrative Tasks: Process payroll, maintain applicant tracking records, and generate performance reports.
