At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Customer Service Phone Representative to work with a leading company in the office products sector in Booneville. You will be working for the client in Booneville.

Shift Patterns

• The customer service center is open from 7AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday. The customer service representatives work an 8 hour shift, same shift every day, within the 10 hours that the center is open. The reprensentatives will work on Black Friday every year, as that is one of the biggest call volumes per day. Are you able to work that day?

Pay Rates

• 15.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Customer Service Phone Representative:

• Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent, or are you willing to get it within 90 days of being hired in full time from our client?
• Do you have previous call center or customer service experience?
• How would you describe your verbal communcation skills?
• How would you describe your listening skills?
• Are you Comfortable using computers?
• Do you have experience using multiple applications simultaneously?
• Do you ahve attention to detail?
• Do you think you have the Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations?

Desirable requirements for Customer Service Phone Representative:

• Have you ever done Order entry skills or entered payment info over the phone?
• Do you have any Call center experience?

• Are you able to Multitask?
• Have you done order entry before?
• Do you have Phone Etiquette?

• Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via telephone professionally.
• Process customer orders and enter payment information accurately into the system.
