At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. You will be working for the client in North Aurora.
Shift patterns
- Shift: 1st shift Sunday to Thursday 6:30 am to 3 pm
Pay rates
- 19.25 USD weekly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Forklift operator:
- Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience
- Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
- Valid Driver License
- Stand up forklift experience
- More than 1 year of experience
Role responsibilities for Forklift operator
- Operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate counting of products across different storage areas.
- Prepare orders by reading specifications and using pallet wrap machines for secure transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload shipments while ensuring the integrity of the logistical supply chain.
