Warehouse Associate - Allentown
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and distribution partner in Allentown. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are handled efficiently and orders are prepared accurately to meet productivity goals.
Shift patterns
- 1st shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- 3rd shift: Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 5:30 pm to 4:00 am.
- Availability on weekends may be required during the summer peak season.
Pay rates
- 17.00 - 20.00 USD hourly
- Overtime opportunities are available.
Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Basic computer or tablet skills for entering and verifying information.
- Ability to follow digital pick lists or electronic work instructions.
- Comfortable learning new warehouse technology and systems.
Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience.
- Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong soft skills including teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
