Pick/Pack - Avon

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role involves ensuring that products are accurately picked and packed for customer delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• Tuesday through Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
• Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety and deadlines
• Work with other team members to accurately complete daily tasks
