At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Quality Inspector to work with a leading company in the automated systems sector in Detroit. You will be working for the client in Detroit.
Shift patterns
- 1st shift: 6am - 4:30pm, Mon to Friday, some OT available based on workload
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Quality Inspector:
- 1-2 years experience inspecting metal parts for non-conforming issues? How many years of quality inspection experience do you have? Have you worked as a Quality Tech?
- Inspecting finished assemblies for weld spots, components, studs, nuts, adhesive presence? How many years?
- Able to inspect stamped parts for splits, strains, and class A surface defects? How many years?
Desirable requirements for Quality Inspector:
- A PLUS to know hem quality control inspection
- Ability to check parts using/ reading hand gages: micrometers, calipers etc
Your role for Quality Inspector
- Perform detailed inspections of metal parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards.
- Identify non-conforming issues, splits, strains, and surface defects in stamped parts.
- Utilize hand gages such as micrometers and calipers to verify part dimensions.
