At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Edgerton. You will be working for the client in Edgerton.
Shift patterns
- Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm Thursday and Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday and Sunday
Pay rates
- 21.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Forklift operator:
- Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience
- Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
Your role for Forklift operator
- Operate various material handling equipment including reach trucks and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control by accurately reading orders and counting products across different storage layers.
- Utilize pallet wrap machines to secure goods for transport and storage within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all logistical supply chain methods.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual movement of stock up to 75 lbs as required by operational needs.
