Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picking Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Smyrna. This role is essential for maintaining warehouse efficiency by ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and safely.
Shift Patterns

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 05:00 - 13:00 (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification
• Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification
• Ability to use proper lifting techniques

Role Responsibilities

• Pick and build customer orders using an electric pallet jack
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Consolidate and restock products as needed
