At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with Shipbob in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art third-party logistics fulfillment center, where you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.Shift Patterns
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during the shift
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Experience working in a production-tracking, fast-paced job environment
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, and ability to pivot job duties as needed
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using RF scanners
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications
- Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain order accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station
- Adhere to all safety protocols and facility regulations
