At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics company in Goodyear. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to load and offload containers and organize materials, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.


Shift patterns

• 1st Shift - 6:00am-4:30pm - Wednesday-Saturday

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate controlled warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments, heights, fast-paced settings).


• At least 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse environment.

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• Experience with Cherry/Order Picker and Reach Trucks.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, and reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials.


• Accurately pick, load, and put away inventory according to company standards and procedures.


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.


• Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory control tasks.


• Support general warehouse operations including staging, labeling, wrapping, and loading/unloading shipments.
