Warehouse Associate - Somerset

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Somerset. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipments, and ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• Back Half Night - 7pm to 5:30am


• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Pay rates

• 23.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Cherry Picker experience


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site


• Must maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Create accurate labels for placing on products or shipping boxes


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers


• Pack items consistently for work period duration while remaining on feet most of the shift


• Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product


• Consistently perform job functions taking into consideration safety, punctuality and deadlines
