Requirements
Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:
- Can you describe your experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment?
- How do you ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips?
- Are you comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift?
- What experience do you have using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems?
- How do you stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders or working in a fast-paced environment?
Your role for Pick/Pack
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific order slips and requirements.
- Utilize hand scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain order precision.
- Conduct quality checks on items to ensure they meet standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
