At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Elwood. You will be working for the client in Elwood.

• 21.00 USD hourly

Requirements
Essential requirements for Forklift operator:

• Commute may not be longer than 40 minutes
• Previous work history at this location including agency and duration
• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required
• Reach truck experience preferred
• Experience with Raymond equipment is a plus
• Must pass internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and physically active setting
• Ability to work on the line when needed

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment
• Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations
• Strong attendance and reliability in high-demand environments
• Experience working with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or food safety standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Role for Forklift operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move materials safely through the facility
• Support production line operations by ensuring timely delivery of components and removal of finished goods
• Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards
• Perform physical tasks and assist on the production line as required by operational needs
• Complete internal certification assessments to ensure compliance with safety protocols
