Requirements

As a Material Handler / Order Picker you will need to have:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary

As a Material Handler / Order Picker, it would be desirable to have:

• Proven experience in order picking or similar roles within a warehouse environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of equipment including cherry pickers, forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with materials handling techniques and safety standards.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to effectively use RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Role of a Material Handler / Order Picker

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, store).
• Inspect products for damages and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures for safety and quality.
