Requirements
As a Onboarding Specialist you will need to have:
- 1–3 years of HR, staffing, or onboarding experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and employment compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
As a Onboarding Specialist, it would be desirable to have:
