- 20.41 USD hourly
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak-season work.
- Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers safely and efficiently.
- Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets and manifests.
- Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent transit damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow.
