GL Material Handler - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency through material handling, inventory management, and quality control.
Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 6am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for GL Material Handler

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Desirable Requirements for GL Material Handler

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
