At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role focuses on ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for customer delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Shift patterns
- M-F 6pm to 2:30am
- 23.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the entire work period
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product
- Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work goals
