This role is responsible for overseeing daily workforce operations at the client’s facility, ensuring that productivity, attendance, safety, and employee engagement standards are consistently met.


Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


• Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as operational demands require.

Pay Rates

• 50000.00 - 55000.00 USD yearly

Essential Requirements for Onsite Supervisor

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills


• Medium to advanced computer and technology knowledge


• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities as needed


• Reliable transportation

Desirable Requirements for Onsite Supervisor

• Previous experience in staffing agencies or warehouse/logistics environments


• Knowledge of workforce management systems, time and attendance platforms, or onboarding software


• Experience conducting interviews, orientations, and employee management


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts


• Professionalism, positive attitude, and accountability
