SBL Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an SBL Associate to work with a leading company in the logistics and fulfillment sector in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining efficient parcel flow and ensuring high service levels across our operations.


Shift:

• Mid shift: Friday to Tuesday, 12 pm to 8:30 pm

Pay Rates:

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for SBL Associate:

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.


• Comfortable working in fast-paced fulfillment and dock environments.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Desirable requirements for SBL Associate:

• Experience with pallet jacks or warehouse equipment preferred (training available).

Role for SBL Associate:

• Handle parcel flow across conveyor and non-conveyor operational areas.


• Coordinate inbound and outbound dock activities to ensure smooth workflow.


• Operate warehouse equipment safely to move inventory.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.
