At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.

- Sunday - Wednesday 4:00 am to 2:30 pm
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs periodically
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
Role responsibilities for Picker
- Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanner technology
- Ensure all items are handled carefully to maintain product integrity
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline outbound operations
