GL Material Handler - Phoenix
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. This role supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency through material handling, inventory management, and quality control.Shift Patterns
- 4th shift Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM, with the flexibility to work an extra day when needed.
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
- Move materials and products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
