GL Material Handler - Phoenix

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. This role is essential for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and quality standards are consistently met.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM, open to working extra day when needed

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for GL Material Handler

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Desirable requirements for GL Material Handler

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience.
• Inventory counting or quality inspection experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers or containers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable and self-motivated.
