At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in Olive Branch. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Shift patterns
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
- 15.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or general labor environment
- Familiarity working in high-volume settings with daily production goals or strict deadlines
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customer
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the proper containers
- Pack items consistently for the entire work period while remaining on feet
- Handle items carefully as to avoid damage to product
- Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
