At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician 2nd shift to work with Bright Skilled in New Albany. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm
- 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly
- Must have experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment
- Must have proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues
- Must have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams
- Must have basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks
- Must have the ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment
- Preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery
- Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures
- Lockout Tagout (LOTO)
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures
- Interpret technical schematics to ensure accurate equipment installation and repair
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
