Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift - Columbus

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift to work with Geodis Skilled in Columbus. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining high productivity, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements
• Ability to unload and move inbound freight product to storage locations safely and efficiently
• Ability to pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 to 4 years of related experience or training
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Synapse training preferred

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and job responsibilities
• Ensure inventory, products, and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently
• Communicate production updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns to supervisors
