At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.
Shift patterns
- Monday - Saturday open to weekends
5:00 am - 2:30 pm open to overtime
Pay rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically
Your role for Picker
- Locate and pick items from warehouse shelves based on digital or printed order lists
- Use RF scanners to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected
- Prepare picked items for the packing department to ensure timely shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards set by the facility
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures strictly
