- Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Pay rates
- 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Transcon Agent:
- At least 6 months experience with tracking shipments within a logistics company
- Previous experience of coordinating movement of freight
- Experience communicating with customers on delivery of their freight
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Fluent in English
Desirable requirements for Transcon Agent:
- Hazardous materials certification (preferred)
Role responsibilities for Transcon Agent
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of freight across various transportation networks.
- Maintain accurate tracking records and provide real-time updates to customers on delivery status.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation and customs paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
