At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation Worker to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin. This role is critical to food safety and facility operations by deep-cleaning, washing, and sanitizing processing equipment, production lines, and plant areas to meet strict regulatory and quality standards.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience working in sanitation

Role Tasks

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing machinery, conveyers, and packaging lines.
• Safely mix and apply specialized cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain an allergen-free and pest-controlled environment by washing walls, floors, and drains.
• Perform pre-operational checks and complete sanitation logs to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
