At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Brownsburg. This role is essential to our operations, focusing on scanning, sorting, and preparing merchandise for order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. with the availability to work until 4:30 P.M.
- 16.75 USD hourly
- Proven experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to ensure high levels of accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips.
- Physical capability to stand or walk for extended periods of 10+ hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Proficiency in using hand scanners, dual screens, and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain focus while handling multiple orders.
- Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
- Scan items against order slips to ensure the full order is filled with the correct merchandise.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to make accurate inventory changes.
- Operate OPEX machinery and hand scanners to enter data into the computer system.
- Assist with packing materials distribution and the disposal of empty boxes.
