At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Load and Unload Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for maintaining efficient dock operations and ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• 16:30 - 03:00 (10 hours and 30 minutes)


• Weekly schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for SBL - Load and Unload

• Fluent in English reading and writing


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods


• Reliable transportation to and from the job site


• Willingness to attend an onsite interview


• Not currently employed by Job&Talent at any other location

Role for SBL - Load and Unload

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.


• Verify shipment accuracy and report any discrepancies.


• Coordinate with drivers regarding dock assignments and paperwork.


• Move freight throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks.


• Organize and stage shipments for timely delivery.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


• Support inventory control processes as needed.


• Assist with general warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
