At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Load and Unload Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for maintaining efficient dock operations and ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.


Shift patterns

• 10.5-hour shifts from 06:00 to 16:30


• Weekly schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for SBL - Load and Unload

• Must be fluent in English reading and writing


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time


• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job


• Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview


• Must not be currently employed by Job and Talent at any of other locations

Role tasks for SBL - Load and Unload

• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently


• Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies


• Communicate with drivers regarding dock assignments, paperwork, and shipment status


• Move freight throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment


• Organize, stage, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


• Support inventory control and other warehouse operations as needed
