This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, accurate order processing, and timely issue resolution.
Shift Patterns
- Saturday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Pay Rates
- 20.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Customer Service/ Account Management
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Desirable requirements for Customer Service/ Account Management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
- Experience with WMS, CRM systems, or order management platforms.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-volume situations.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and accountable attitude.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Process orders accurately and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor order flow and coordinate with warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports and manage daily documentation.
- Escalate urgent issues to management as needed.
