At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Paint Department Operators to work with a leading automotive manufacturing company in Marysville. This role focuses on the high-quality manufacture and assembly of automotive parts at a consistent production rate.


Shift patterns:

• Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm


• Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay rates:

• 16.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Paint Department Operators:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Ability to work overtime when necessary


• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds

Desirable requirements for Paint Department Operators:

• Manufacturing experience


• Operator experience

Role for Paint Department Operators:

• Interpret and follow verbal, written, and visual manufacturing instructions, including quality alerts and process changes


• Adhere to machine safety standards and company safety policies


• Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow 5-S principles


• Identify quality parts and follow established procedures for reporting defective items


• Understand and utilize one-piece flow processes and common manufacturing competencies
