Warehouse Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with ShipBob in North Aurora. We are looking for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center, where you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.
Shift Patterns

• Friday to Monday 2 PM to 12:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules, including occasional mandatory overtime or weekend shifts during peak volumes

Role for Warehouse Associate

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications
• Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials
