At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.Shift patterns
- Sunday-Wednesday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Working every other Wednesday
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery
- Ensure proper items are selected and placed in the correct containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift
- Handle items with care to prevent product damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines
