At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Lead Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Henrico. This role supports daily warehouse operations while providing day-to-day guidance and coordination to warehouse associates. You will help ensure that picking, packing, inventory, and other warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Shift Patterns

• Back Half Night (BHN)
• Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00PM to 4:30AM

Pay Rates

• 27.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Lead Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Skills Requirements for Lead Warehouse Associate

• Ability to follow and communicate warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse associates
• Ability to review orders on a computer screen or iPad
