At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Lead Warehouse Associate to work with ID Logistics in Henrico. This role supports daily warehouse operations while providing day-to-day guidance and coordination to warehouse associates. You will help ensure that picking, packing, inventory, and other warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently, while working closely with site leadership to coordinate workflow and maintain a safe environment.
Shift Patterns

• Mon, Tue, Wed, Sun 06:00-16:30 (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rates

• 25.50 USD hourly

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Skills Requirements for Lead Warehouse Associate

• Ability to follow and communicate warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Previous experience leading, training, or coordinating warehouse associates.
• Ability to review orders on a computer screen or iPad.
