At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Clamp Truck Operator to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Jonestown. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations by safely moving, loading, and stacking products using specialized equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM


• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Pay Rates:

• 19.50 - 22.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Clamp Truck Operator:

• Previous experience operating a Clamp Truck or Forklift.


• Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain one.


• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.


• Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer systems.


• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.


• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Desirable requirements for Clamp Truck Operator:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.


• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.


• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and fast-paced environments.


• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.


• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is considered a plus.

Role for Clamp Truck Operator:

• Operate powered industrial trucks equipped with clamp attachments.


• Safely load, unload, stack, and transport products throughout the facility.


• Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.


• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and system updates.
