At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Clamp Truck Operator to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Jonestown. This role is ideal for a reliable and safety-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products.


Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM


• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 19.50 - 22.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Clamp Truck Operator

• Previous experience operating a Clamp Truck or Forklift.


• Valid forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.


• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.


• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Desirable Requirements for Clamp Truck Operator

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist for extended periods.


• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.


• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Role for Clamp Truck Operator

• Safely operate powered industrial trucks equipped with clamp attachments.


• Efficiently move, load, unload, and stack products throughout the facility.


• Utilize RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.


• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
