General Laborer - Arlington
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading company in Arlington. This role involves packing products into shipping boxes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Shift
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- 15.50 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, sorting, or general labor environment
- Familiarity working in fast-paced production settings with strict timelines or daily deadlines
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products
- Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
- Consistently perform job functions while taking into consideration safety, punctuality, and deadlines
