At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with a leading company in the consumer goods sector in Arlington. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery to customers.Shift patterns
- 1st Shift - Monday-Saturday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- 15.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Prior experience in a warehouse, packing, sorting, or general labor environment
- Familiarity working in fast-paced production settings with strict timelines or daily deadlines
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products
- Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day
- Consistently perform job functions while taking into consideration safety, punctuality, and deadlines
