Onsite coordinator - AM - Romeoville
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to work with a leading logistics partner in Romeoville. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring staffing goals are met, and fostering a positive environment for our associates.
Shift patterns:
- 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm
Pay rates:
- 23.00 - 25.00 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Onsite coordinator - AM:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse operations, or HR support
- Knowledge of logistics, production, and manufacturing environments
- Bilingual proficiency
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between nearby client sites
Desirable requirements for Onsite coordinator - AM:
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with scheduling, attendance, payroll, and basic computer systems
- Ability to work overtime or weekends when required
- Team player with a great attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Role for Onsite coordinator - AM:
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open logistics positions
- Manage candidate walkthroughs and assist with onboarding and app troubleshooting
- Monitor attendance, call-offs, and headcount needs on a daily basis
- Conduct regular floor walks to support associates and maintain client relationships
- Facilitate employee coaching, conflict resolution, and payroll documentation
