At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in Brownsburg. This role involves essential warehouse tasks such as scanning, receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for order replenishment.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 16.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Can you describe your experience with picking, scanning, and accurately filling customer orders in a warehouse environment?
• How do you ensure accuracy when selecting and scanning items to match order slips?
• Are you comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout your shift?
• What experience do you have using hand scanners, dual screens, or warehouse management systems?
• How do you stay organized and focused when handling multiple orders or working in a fast-paced environment?

Role Responsibilities

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
• Ensure the accuracy of product selection and order fulfillment.
• Utilize OPEX machinery and warehouse management systems for inventory changes.
• Use hand scanners and dual screens to enter data into the computer system.
• Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes.
