At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Team Leader to work with a leading company in the Warehousing sector in Southampton. You will be working for the client in Southampton.
Shift Patterns
- Shifts Rotate every 2 weeks : 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
Pay Rates
- 13.65 GBP hourly
Requirements
As a Team Leader you will need to have:
- Previous team leader experience
- Good general IT literacy
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work full-time on site
As a Team Leader, it would be desirable to have:
Role of a Team Leader
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities.
- Supervise and guide warehouse operatives to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
