Requirements

As a Restaurant Manager you will need to have:

  • Provide strong, positive leadership to the team.
  • Deliver great and friendly guest experiences.
  • Ensure operational excellence.
  • Build profitable top-line sales.
  • Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin Donuts standards, franchisee standards, and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Hire, train, and develop employees.
  • Communicate job expectations to employees.
  • Provide coaching and feedback, and discipline when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
  • Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Comply with all applicable laws.
  • Analyze Guest Satisfaction Survey results and provide coaching.
  • Manage all inventories in the store.
  • Order merchandise to ensure availability and plan for volume events.
  • Track throwaways and minimize waste.
  • Utilize tools to track required documentation, such as temperature controls.
  • Manage cash over/short through effective cash control procedures.
  • Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs.
  • Complete ROR's and Restaurant Food Safety and Sanitation assessments monthly.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience.
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience.

As a Restaurant Manager, it would be desirable to have:

  • Experience using standard restaurant equipment.
  • Experience tracking required documentation (e.g., temperature controls).
  • Experience with cash control procedures.
  • Experience executing marketing programs.
  • Experience completing ROR's and Food Safety and Sanitation assessments.

  • Lead and develop the team through effective training and performance management.
