At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Productivity Associate to work with a leading company in the General Laborer sector in Fort Worth. You will be working for the client in Fort Worth.
Shift Patterns
- Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Thursday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday to Tuesday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rates
- 15.75 USD hourly
Requirements
As a Productivity Associate you will need to have:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Demonstrates consistent punctuality by arriving on time and ready for every scheduled shift
- Maintains high productivity levels to meet or exceed daily performance targets
- Exhibits a strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Showcases reliability and commitment to the team through a professional and positive attitude
- Availability to work overtime hours
As a Productivity Associate, it would be desirable to have:
- Using RF scanners
- Warehouse experience
- Picker or packer experience
