Warehouse Associate - North Aurora
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with ShipBob in North Aurora. We are looking for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center, where you will be responsible for locating, picking, inspecting, and packing goods accurately to ensure customer orders are shipped quickly and correctly.Shift Patterns
- Friday to Monday 6:30 am to 5 pm
- 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, apply accurate shipping labels, and seal packages.
- Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts or replenishment.
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
- Keep packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials.
